Shipping & Returns
Here at Lions we will always try and have your order to you as soon as possible. Most items that do not require customization will ship same day. We offer express service for additonal fee.
We typically ship UPS Ground but will ship 2nd day or overnight upon request.
All other requests will be seriously considered.
Our standard policy is outlined below:
- Shipping within the 48 Contiguous United States
- International Shipping available.
- Items will be Shipped by UPS Ground within 3 to 4 working days.
- UPS Tracking Number will be provided upon request.
- Items with local pickup indicated will not be shipped unless shipping is provided by buyer.
- We are NOT responsible of any lost or damages items. Please purchase insurance if concerned.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping charges
- Shipping & Handling charges are determined by weight and destination per UPS
- Returned packages will be reshipped on request, with additional shipping charge.
- When a COD package is shipped at the customers request and is undeliverable, due to no fault of Lions, the customer is responsible for the original shipping & handling charge and COD charge incurred by Lions and will be charged to customer’s account.
- Foreign orders including APO/FPO are shipped via Parcel Post and customer is subject to their shipping & handling charges.Lost and damaged shipment must be claimed through carrier.
- Additional Shipping Change Mat, leg Stretcher, training bags, Box stay Kicking Shield, breaking board and other heavy or bulky items cost extra shipping
Printed Orders
Printed Orders will take 3 working days and will be shipped immediately after completion. Back Ordered will be shipped free of charge if they cannot be filled within our normal processing timeline. Custom orders that involve detailed work will take 10 days and be shipped upon completion.
What if I need to exchange an item that I ordered? We will gladly exchange any order for another size provided the following:
- The exchange is received by Lions within 30 days from the ship date on the invoice.
- The product(s) are in good condition and have not been washed or worn to train in.
- Reasonable care has been taken when sending the items back.
